Like a lot of people, I struggle with anxiety.
I've always been a cautious person, and a bit of a worrier - I genuinely believe that I've struggled with anxiety for most of my life.
The current situation with the coronavirus has definitely made this worse; some days I've been caught in an anxiety spiral, unable to do anything except scroll through Twitter worriedly. The problem with anxiety is that you're focusing so much on the future, and worrying about a future that probably won't happen.
Something I've found that helps me when I'm having problems with anxiety is meditation. Having something else to focus on and think about outside of what's got me feeling anxious, and distracting my brain from stewing over and over, is always a winner.
