Self Massage for Jaw Tension

Hello! Whilst we're on lockdown, people have got in touch with me to ask what they can do for some self care and self massage. A really common area of tension is the jaw - loads of people when they're stressed hold tension in the jaw, as well as the neck and shoulders. The main muscle that moves the jaw is the masseter muscle - did you know that it's the strongest muscle in the body?

Here's a short video showing you how to do some self massage to ease tension in the jaws :)
