One of the most common things I see in my clients (that's not physical) is that they struggle with sleep. A survey I found from 2019 found that 22% of adults in the UK have trouble falling asleep every night, and a further 15% struggle to get to sleep at least once a week. It can often be a vicious circle you struggle to sleep, so you're tired, so you worry about being tired, and then you struggle to get to sleep for worrying! Sleep is so important - it's when the body rests and heals, ready for the following day.
There's many different suggested methods for ensuring you get a full and restful sleep - I'll be exploring these over the next few weeks, but today I want to give you a short meditation video, to help you wind down and get a restful sleep.
